His training includes four years at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he among the top of his class. He then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Louisville, which included rotations on general anesthesia and general medicine. His Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency was completed at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. This four-year program included rotations on general anesthesia, general surgery, plastic surgery, the surgical intensive care unit, emergency room, general medicine and the trauma team. In addition to functioning as a resident on each of these rotations, when on the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery service, he was required to function as an Ear, Nose & Throat resident for the ENT attending surgeons.
Dr. Stastny first opened his Cincinnati practice in 1992. He continued his training in facial cosmetic surgery with T. William Evans, DDS, MD, MSc. over a period of three years. Dr. Evans is well known for his meticulous technique and his devotion to teaching. He has long held an appointment to The Ohio State University for that purpose. Dr. Evans’ expertise and training has proven so valuable that he now teaches a one-year fellowship in facial cosmetic surgery to oral & maxillofacial surgeons.

In addition, many insurance plans will allow you to see any provider, or a provider out of your network. Our staff will be happy to assist you in determining if your plan will cover treatment in our office. Also, insurance companies automatically enroll us in multiple other plans in their network.
